For maintenance issues, you can call our lettings teams on Worthing: 01903 215 631 or Lancing: 01903 756 688 during office hours. Opening times: Monday – Friday: 8.45am – 6pm (5.30pm for Lancing office) Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed Bank Holidays: Closed Alternatively, you can click on the below link to access our online, picture based maintenance reporting system where you can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your PC, mobile or tablet. If the problem is simple and can be fixed by yourself, you will receive online guidance to get it solved quickly. If not, a member of our maintenance team will be in touch the next working day to arrange the necessary actions to solve the problem that you are experiencing.
