Tenancy deposit protection (TDP) schemes guarantee that tenants will get their deposits back at the end of their tenancy, providing that they’ve met the terms of their tenancy agreement.

How to report a Maintenance issue

For maintenance issues, you can call our lettings team on 01903 215 631 during office hours.

Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: Closed

Alternatively, you can click on the below link to access our online, picture based maintenance reporting system where you can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your PC, mobile or tablet. If the problem is simple and can be fixed by yourself, you will receive online guidance to get it solved quickly. If not, a member of our maintenance team will be in touch the next working day to arrange the necessary actions to solve the problem that you are experiencing.
