With customer service at the heart of everything we do and offer, we felt it only prudent to introduce an independent consumer review system to our own website to really see and fully understand what you, our customers like about us and more importantly what you don’t like, so we can improve on these areas moving forward.
In July last year we added Trustpilot to our website, a review system used by some of the world’s leading brands that asks customers to rate their experience between 1 – 5 stars, as well as offering the opportunity to leave a written review and detailed feedback. We wanted to fully embrace and embed Trustpilot as part of our company culture, so we can understand your needs and ensure we are offering you the best possible service.
Since we started using Trustpilot in 2018, our reviews have steadily increased with 90% of our customers now rating us as 5* Excellent, plus we now have a fantastic Trustscore of 9.6/10, one of the highest scores you can receive. This is down to the experience you receive from every one of our agents across our office network. Researching online might have become the norm, but there is nothing better than coming into your local Michael Jones office and talking with one of our friendly agents face-to-face, so we can listen and understand your needs, offer genuinely helpful advice and property recommendations relevant to you.
