Our No-Deposit Scheme simplifies attracting tenants while protecting your investment. Instead of the standard five-week deposit, tenants pay a monthly service charge based on their rent. They are still responsible for any damages, and Michael Jones will manage all valid end-of-tenancy claims directly with the tenants, offering landlords peace of mind.
