A six months maternity cover at leading estate and lettings agent Michael Jones has led to a plum job for Victoria Butcher.  The management team were so impressed with Victoria that she was offered a permanent post when her temporary contract ended.  Now she’s been promoted to a position in lettings where she can put her industry experience to good use.

Victoria has been picked to develop and manage the day to day running of the lettings service at Michael Jones office in Lancing.  Her proven track record and professional approach made Victoria the ideal candidate.  She was previously employed at a lettings agency in Rustington and takes over from Zoe Cowley who launched the service in Lancing three years ago.

“Things just keep on getting better and better!  I’m so pleased to have been offered this position” said Victoria.  “Zoe set up the lettings really well and I’m keen to grow the business and drive it forward.   The rental market here is thriving, as more and more people realise the many benefits Lancing has to offer”.

It’s a good time to be joining lettings at Michael Jones.  The team is celebrating a new record for the highest ever number of properties under management gained through service, referrals and recommendations.  Demand for good quality accommodation remains strong and to encourage landlords to give them a call Michael Jones has launched a new initiative offering an unbeatable deal.

Alan Kentfield, lettings director at Michael Jones Residential Lettings said: “I’m delighted that Victoria has joined us.  I know that lettings in Lancing will be in safe hands.  Her excellent people skills, client focused experience and knowledge of the industry will be a great asset both to our lettings division and to Lancing”.
