Steve's marathon challenge

Michael Jones Commercial partner, Steve Berrett, is preparing for the race of his life. On Sunday 10th April he will be running for the Worthing Society for the Blind in the Brighton Marathon.

The Worthing Society for the Blind provides support, general warefare, entertainment, education and financial assistance, for people living with Vision Impairment in the local area. It relies completely on voluntary donations and receives no local or national government funding.

“This is my first marathon run” said Steve. “I have trained as hard as I can through the cold wet winter nights and have picked up the usual niggles on the legs although these will not stop me competing right up to the finish line!

“This year the Society is celebrating its 100th Anniversary. I have been involved with the society in recent years through my work and my father has recently become a Trustee. With your help and support we can continue to provide vital services required.”
