Rich returns for Michael Jones

Sales are growing fast at award winning sales and letting agent, Michael Jones. The firm has just recorded its best sales performance for the past two years and is celebrating the welcome return of experienced estate agent, Richard Heppenstall. A hugely popular figure with colleagues and clients throughout the area, Richard has rejoined the residential sales team to drive the business forward with Tim George and Rachel Goff at the firm’s office in Findon Valley.

While the sales team at Michael Jones are cock-a-hoop about their ‘new’ addition, Richard, aged 35, is celebrating his own new addition – the recent birth of daughter, Mia. “Everything has just fallen perfectly into place. It’s lovely to be back and working with all my old colleagues again. It feels like I’ve come home and never been away.

“The last few months have been really busy. We’ve just had our best sales period since 2007 and for the first time in two years, we’ve got more buyers than houses to sell. All our new instructions are selling quickly, in some cases within a week of being put on the market, and we’re desperate for more good quality property.”

Mike Jones said: “Having Richard back is fantastic news. He’s one of the best agents in the area and is a real asset, not just because he’s got lots of experience but because he’s a nice person to work with and well liked by clients. We need more people like Richard on board and are currently recruiting another negotiator for our Worthing office. The market has really picked up. We’re doing double the amount of sales we did this time last year and our list of applicants is growing.”
