A new, contemporary look has been unveiled by leading estate and letting agent Michael Jones. The award-winning agency has modernised its well known green and gold branding, and invested in the latest technology to deliver an even smarter service to clients. 

Brand new computers have been installed at each branch with the most advanced estate agency administration, marketing and office sharing software in the market.  Used by top London agents, the new system generates high quality sales details, market intelligence reports and personalised HTML emails.

Michael Jones has also invested in redeveloping its website to provide enhanced functionality and search facilities similar to leading property portals.  This investment is already paying off.  Within a week of launching the new site enquiries had doubled and requests to arrange a viewing had risen by 100%.

The new image is part of a strategic review to position the Michael Jones brand as the first choice not only for Residential Sales and New Homes, but also for Residential Lettings and Commercial Property.  New colours have been introduced within the overall branding to give each of the four services its own distinct identity.

As part of the re-branding, the firm’s boards, adverts and sales details have been professionally redesigned, and the new corporate identity is currently being rolled out to its fleet of Minis, and four offices in Worthing, Goring, Findon Valley and Lancing.
