ARLA accredited agent Michael Jones has expanded its Residential Lettings in Worthing and will be relocating the much larger operation to the company's bigger head office in Chapel Road in the next few weeks.  The award-winning agency has outgrown its existing premises in Chatsworth Road where it has been located since 2004. 

Over the past three years Michael Jones' Residential Lettings has trebled in size through a series of acquisitions and ongoing investment, making it one of the most successful, fastest growing, independently owned letting agents in the area.  Last October the company extended its network of letting offices into Lancing, increasing its coverage along the coast from Littlehampton to Shoreham.

To accommodate its expanding lettings team and property management centre, Michael Jones has invested heavily in refurbishing its head office.

 "This move is about innovating" explains Mike Jones.  "It has enabled us to realise our longer-term goal to combine our residential and commercial property expertise in letting and sales, creating a unique Residential and Commercial Sales and Letting office in Worthing. 

"We will be able to offer our customers the best advice across the board, whether they are looking to buy or sell their business premises or home, or wishing to let their property.  We always planned to bring residential lettings into our head office and the timing couldn't be better as the business goes from strength to strength."
