Rollover image to enlargeAward winning sales and letting agent, Michael Jones, has started off the New Year with a hard hitting advertising campaign designed to show how more and not less marketing sells property.
Despite the challenging economic conditions, Michael Jones is investing more in marketing its clients' properties and bucking the trend followed by others to cut costs and spend less. Michael Jones has continued its support of local clubs and charities; increased the number of advertising pages it has in the local paper and is planning to run more promotions over the next few months.
The campaign celebrates Michael Jones's recent successful nominations for the National Estate Agency Marketing Team of the Year and Best Medium South East Estate Agency of the Year awards. Both awards recognised the company's marketing and customer care as being outstanding in the industry.
"Now really is a good time to invest in property and take advantage of the amazing interest rates available" said Mike Jones. "We've got lots of good, quality buyers registered with us but we're in danger of running out of good, quality properties to sell because people have been put off by what they've read or heard about in the media. With interest rates on banks' savings' accounts plummeting and the financial sector remaining shaky, bricks and mortar offers a good return on your money and longer term capital growth.
"There are some excellent value properties on the market but it takes experience to know how to sell and buy at the right price, and that makes all the difference. We're committed to investing more in our sales and marketing and helping our clients to make the most of this great opportunity."
