Jordan & Cook Lettings joins forces with Michael Jones

Champagne corks were popping at Michael Jones Residential Lettings in Worthing as the company toasted its third successful merger in as many years.  An ARLA accredited agent, Michael Jones has expanded its operations by entering into an agreement with Jordan and Cook Lettings in Worthing.  

Jordan and Cook's lettings operation has transferred to Michael Jones Residential Lettings, increasing the number of properties under management by 25% and staff have relocated to the company's office in Chatsworth Road, Worthing. 

At a time when many agents are experiencing a slow down in the market, the combined company will form the largest and fastest growing independently owned letting agent in Worthing.  The merger will boost Michael Jones' stronghold on the rental market and reinforce its position as one of the leading agents with three lettings offices in the area.
