It’s official! 100% of customers surveyed by The Property Ombudsman stated they would recommend Michael Jones to friends.  The impressive results were collated in a recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by Referenceline for the Property Ombudsman at the firm’s office in Goring.   According to Referenceline, Michael Jones has achieved a rating well above the national average of 93% shown in their monthly surveys.

Neil Hyde, partner at Michael Jones Goring office, said: “We are thrilled and proud to have been given such a resounding endorsement from our clients.  Word of mouth is the most powerful form of marketing and people always like to hear what other people have to say.  We always work hard to achieve the best result and it’s great to see that our clients are happy to recommend us – you really can’t get better than that!”

Referenceline undertakes random checks on estate agents who are members of The Property Ombudsman scheme to ensure that they are complying with the Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents, as approved by the Office of Fair Trading.  Sellers and buyers were invited to complete a questionnaire rating Michael Jones on its staff and overall performance throughout their buying and selling process.

The excellent results reflect the findings from Michael Jones’ customer care programme, which the firm has now been running for over 8 years.  Michael Jones was one of the first in their industry to introduce customer satisfaction surveys and to use comments from clients as part of its marketing.

“We value our clients’ opinions and the valuable feedback we receive from our customer satisfaction surveys helps us to continually enhance our service and keep raising our standards” said Mike Jones.  “I am delighted that an independent body has ratified the excellent results and reviews we have been receiving year on year.  It proves that hard work and good customer service really does pay.”
